Vacation, June 2003

On Wednesday, we flew to Cedar Key, FL on the gulf coast.	Cedar Key used to be a cedar mill town.	Now it's mainly a fishing town with some tourism.	Another aerial view.

We left on Sunday, but ran into some bad weather over Southeast Georgia. The storm system ahead of us seemed to span infinitely in all directions so I landed in Hazlehurst, GA. Jason, the airport manager, was gracious enough to offer us the airport car if we needed to stay the night. He also let me plug my laptop into the fax line to check the NOAA weather radar. Thankfully about 45 minutes later the storm had moved East of us and we continued the flight home.
