2001.10.31 - I get my Private Pilot Certificate!

2002.09.11 - I purchased an aircraft!! It's a 1967 Cessna 172H. It holds 4 people and can carry about 684 lbs with full fuel. Here are some pictures: (click for full-sized versions)

2003.01.04 - Flying Beagle! I decided to test the airworthiness of "Lilo" our beagle. Crystal came along to mind the dog and photograph downtown Atlanta and our neighborhood.

2003.01.19 - Crystal and I flew to Habersham County Airport (AJR) to eat the Sunday buffet at "The Runway", a local fish restaurant. The airport (and the town of Cornelia) is nestled into a vally at the base of the North Georgia mountains. The restaurant is a short walk (~1/4 mi) south from the airport. The food was good, and it was a fun trip!


2003.05.05 - Okay, it's been a bit since I had any updates. I haven't taken any interesting pictures recently, as I've been working on my insturment rating! :-) At the moment, my plane is in the shop getting an avionics upgrade.

2003.06.26 - Hello from Sunny Florida! Crys, Lilo, and I took the plane down to St. Augustine to vacation in Sawgrass, Fl.
