ROT-13 Decoder Midlet

BACKGROUND
One of my hobbies in my spare time is Geocaching. Those of you who are familiar with the sport are aware of the hints placed on geocache web pages in simple ROT-13 encoded format.

ROT-13 was a good choice for the hints because it's obfuscated enough that those who don't want the hint can avoid accidentily reading it, but it's simple enough to decode in the field with a pen and a piece of paper.

Friend and fellow geocacher nonfucious expressed frustration recently at the tediousness of decoding a particularly wordy hint for a cache that we couldn't find, and stated something to the effect of "Wouldn't it be nice if we had a hint decoder on our cellphones!"

Ding! It's just ROT-13, there's got to be a simple cellphone ROT-13 decoder applet out there somewhere! Well, I searched for a day or so, and while I'm sure there is a simple ROT-13 decoder midlet somewhere on the Internet, I finally decided to brush off my rusty J2ME skills and write my own.
